Montana 360 Events Fall Wedding 360 Video Booth Giveaway — Official Terms

Eligibility: Open to individuals age 18 or older with a wedding scheduled for one of the following available dates in 2026: September 1–2, September 12–23, September 29–October 13 or October 19–31. The wedding must take place in Flathead County, Montana or a neighboring county. For weddings outside Flathead County, a travel fee of $2 per mile applies based on the one-way distance from the Flathead County line to the wedding venue.

Prize: One winner will receive a two-hour Montana 360 Events 360 video booth package valued at $1,000. The prize includes booth setup and breakdown, an attendant, unlimited 360 video captures during the two-hour service period and instant digital sharing, subject to internet/cellular availability.

How to enter: Complete the official giveaway entry form and follow the Montana 360 Events Facebook page before entries close. One entry per couple. No purchase is required to enter or win.

Entry period: Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MDT on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random on Monday, August 31, 2026 from all eligible entries. Before awarding the prize, Montana 360 Events will verify that the selected entrant follows the Montana 360 Events Facebook page. If Facebook privacy settings prevent Montana 360 Events from independently verifying the follow, the entrant may be asked to provide reasonable proof. If the selected entrant does not meet the eligibility and entry requirements, another entrant will be randomly selected.

Winner notification: The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, another eligible entrant may be randomly selected.

Wedding date: The prize applies to the wedding date submitted with the winning entry. The prize cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash or applied toward a different event or date without approval from Montana 360 Events.

Non-winner discount: Eligible entrants who are not selected as the winner will receive 15% off a Montana 360 Events 2026 package if booked within seven days of the winner announcement. The discount is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Photos and videos: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Montana 360 Events permission to use photos and videos captured through the 360 booth at the winning event on the Montana 360 Events website, social media and other promotional materials. The winner is responsible for informing guests that content captured through the booth may be used for promotional purposes.

Service requirements: The winning event remains subject to Montana 360 Events' standard operational and safety requirements, including adequate space, access to power and suitable weather or covered/indoor conditions when applicable. The winner will be required to sign Montana 360 Events' standard service agreement before the event.

Cancellation: If the winner cancels the wedding or no longer uses the booth on the submitted date, the prize is forfeited and has no cash value.
